Recently furnished and surrounded by tropical landscaping, the living room greets you with a 65" flat-screen TV, a comfortable sectional sofa, and chairs. WHAT'S INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL
Welcome Basket
Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, lip balm, note pads, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.

"Great property and location! Close to beaches and shopping. Very good communication with property. The mattresses were a little hard and there was lack of closet space but we made it work. The welcome baskets were very much appreciated. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils/equipment and the BBQ worked great and was clean. I would recommend this property to others.

"We had a wonderful stay here! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and very responsive throughout the whole process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The home itself was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't be better, just minutes from Mercato, Naples shopping and dining, and the beach. My family and I truly enjoyed our time together here, and it felt like the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
