Commission Model

Some owners look to mix a little business with pleasure and enjoy vacationing in their home or condo from time to time when it is not rented to others. Our owners understand you can expect much greater income during peak season months but also expect substantially reduced income in the off-season. Those owners understand and can afford the ups and downs of seasonal income. Under our commission model program, owners are responsible for HOA fees, utilities/wifi/cable, pool and lawn maintenance and pest control.

Guaranteed Rental Income Model

This program is great for our owners who own their property as a pure investment and who appreciate a steady flow of monthly income. If we see the potential, we’ll work with you to negotiate a long term fixed fee rental contract which guarantees the amount of money you will receive each and every month. In this model, we cover all the costs of regular maintenance and upkeep such as pool care, lawn care and minor repairs. We’ll even furnish it to our standards and at our expense.

The contract holder is also required to register all guests who will be staying at the property together with ages.
