- Check-in time is at 3 PM. Earlier arrival can be accommodated for free based on availability.

To prevent fraudulent transactions and to ensure the safety and security of all guests staying, After booking your reservation, we will ask you to provide an image of your photo ID and you will need to provide the names and ages of all guests who will be staying in the property and to sign an agreement electronically. WHAT'S INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL
Welcome Basket
Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.

"We love staying at Severina. Have stayed here before and will be back! The house is spacious and comfortable along with everything we needed. In the garage you will find beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and even beach toys. Short drive or bike ride to Vanderbilt beach. Pool in the backyard is private and great for hanging out at home. Definitely recommend!

"A nice clean well-kept home. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was fully functional with all utensils, as well as for grilling. If I had to come up with a negative, the only thing I could find would be that there was no bath soap to start you out with.

"Great location. Nice house. Just a few items: lots of spiders and nests in the pool area upon arrival. Bugs in the kitchen daily, but I took care of them. A/C went out twice; pool heater went out for a couple days; and workers clearing fences and bushes was unexpected. However, Management and Maintenance response was timely, efficient, and very helpful. You guys do a good job responding.

"Group of four on a golf trip - place was ideal. Great location that provided easy access to restaurants, beach and golf. Plenty of space and comfortable accomodations. Only downside was the jacuzzi never heated for us, despite paying the fee. Still would happily rent there again.

It is not walking distance to the beach but it is a short car ride. Still in a very good location and beach community. I would definitely recommend staying at this house and look forward to booking it again.

"“The place is incredible. We thought it was going to be big, but is much bigger than expected. It was sparkling clean (I guess because of the high cleaning fee) which was great in these times. Great escape for families. Not that close to the beach, so you definitely need a car to move around, but the location is pretty good. Close to everything. The staff was very helpful, we had a problem with our car and they offered a couple of other homes to extend our stay. Unfortunately we were not able to move to another place and had to get back home. Thanks for the vacation, it was perfect for us!”

"We found a very good equipped and clean house. The vacation home Naples react directly without time delay to every question or wish. We had a smoke detector who run out of battery and after 2 hours every batterie was changed. 5 stars for care and Organisation. We give 4 stars because of the cold pool. We paid over 700$ /day. I think we should expect a heated pool and no extra charge of 70-100$/ day + tax. Otherwise we are satisfied with our stay in Naples

"Hello, Beautiful home. I few items I thought you should be aware of. All three bathrooms had the shower lights burned out. Picture was off the wall when we arrived so we hung it back up. Trash was left bagged in garage, so my husband threw it away as it smelled horrible. Pool person came at 6:50am and turned on outside hose that woke up the whole house because of sound it made from the water when turned on.

Beautiful Home In A Great Location

"We brought four teens with us who were never bored! This extremely clean and well-maintained home is spacious enough that everyone can relax as they please. Sleeper sofa in the sitting room is quite comfortable. The pool is very private and the beach, great shopping and dining are just minutes away. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to grill the snapper we caught on our fishing charter on Marco Island. Sunsets here are breathtaking. We cannot wait to come back and stay in this home.

"Loved the house and pool! Weather was awful but the heater kept the pool warm and the kids spent almost all waking hours in the pool. House is beautiful, especially the very clean, large modern kitchen. Went with another family so the 3 bathrooms was very nice - lots of privacy! Loved it so much we're investigating buying a similar house! Hope to be back for March break. Thank you.

Phantastic Stay!

"We rented Severina for about a month last November. Everything was as promised, and more. The house is new, everything was in perfect working order and perfectly clean. Kitchen was well equipped, and shopping is near by. Several beaches to choose from are close and the landlord provided beach chairs and other amenities. Beds were very comfortable. The staff at the rental agency was more than friendly and more than helpful on the few occasions that we needed them. Can only recommend this location, and we'll come back. Definitely five stars.

"We had the pleasurw of almost staying for four weeks in Nov/Dec 2017. Everything was just perfect. The house was very clean upon arrival and had a nice supply of useful goods. Kitchen was well stacked and had everything we needed. The staff was most helpful, and any issues such as Netflix were quickly resolved. We can only recommend the agency and the house. Location is close to everything, and all necessary items for a day at the beach are provided. Five stars for everything. We'll definitely come back.

"Wonderful spacious well maintained villa in a quiet area. Exactly like on the photos. Kitchen is well equipped if you like cooking. Even a PS4 is provided if you like gaming. But: The only issue was the loud pool pump, kind of loud.

"The house was absolutely amazing. We thought everything was great. The back yard and pool were extremely relaxing, plus the house had everything that we needed to cook large family meals! The house was also a short drive to the beach. If you went after 6 you got free parking at Vanderbilt beach!
