WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL

Welcome Basket
Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.

"Pristine clean, updated beautiful decor. Well stocked kitchen. Everything fresh and new. The pool area was gorgeous. Outdoor eating table wonderful grill was used often, and the wicker chairs were so comfortable. The property was more beautiful than pictures! Peaceful neighborhood so close to the beach shopping and restaurants. We were in need of some rest in a tough season of our lives and this home was an absolute answer to prayer. It was way more space than two of us needed but we didn't care! Absolutely loved it and would be thrilled to stay here again.

"We had a lovely week at Sardinia. Walked to the beach every day and enjoyed the outdoor space in the eves. Everything we needed was provided and location is great for shopping, restaurants and things to do. Had a small maintenance issue which was taken care of immediately. Recommend for sure

"We loved our week at this house! The space was clean and new and the appliances worked well. We rarely used the pool but drove to beaches nearby every day. The walkable beach was very crowded (during Winter Break week) and a bit too long of a walk with kids. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the beach chairs, towels, coolers available for the beach. Only issues were: ice maker didn't work so no ice, no salt/pepper/olive oil or anything in cabinets so we ended up rarely cooking. Nice location down the street from Whole Foods and tons of restaurants, safe neighborhood.

"The house is very new, clean and well equipped (kitchen and otherwise). Very tastefully decorated. Very impressed. I would rent again. A few comments: 1. The beach is NOT a 5 min walk. It is 10-12mins at least. 2. The backyard is a bit shabby. Many broken fence boards. Fence looks like it could fall any minute. 3. The company asked a RIDICULOUS amount to heat the pool. We declined. The ocean was warmer and we therefore hardly used the pool.

"The home was very clean and equipped. Very comfortable. We didn't heat the pool as the rate was ridiculous. The back yard beyond the pool is very shabby. Fence is broken in many spots and looks as though it could fall over at any time. The house is not a 5 min walk to the beach. It's easily 10-12 mins.

"Spent spring break 2019 at this home with friends. The house was fantastic and had everything we needed. The beach is within walking distance so all we had to do was pack a cooler and head on down. The back yard, pool and screened in porch are so relaxing. Highly recommend staying here!
