**Enjoy a contactless check-in with our self-service system. To prevent fraudulent transactions and to ensure the safety and security of all guests staying, After booking your reservation, we will ask you to provide an image of your photo ID and you will need to provide the names and ages of all guests who will be staying in the property and to sign an agreement electronically. After these simple steps are complete, we'll send you an electronic door code approximately 4 days before check-in. There's no need to visit our office to check in and obtain a key, nor will you have to meet up with a member of our team to be let into the property. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL
Welcome Basket
Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.

"We were in the Capri Condo while hurricane Milton passed. Early in advance Kristen wrote me an email about what to do, and gave the information that the house is safe. Later she gave me information about closing time of the supermarkets. She gave us the number of her smartphone. Also she gave our smartphone-number to her team even outside of Florida, so that somewhere is somebody that could us help if necessary. Also one of the team contacted us with Whatspp so we had a number to reach out. We felt very safe ! Thanks for your support !

Capri Golf Course Condo

The condo was exactly as pictured and we were delighted with it. The view overlooking the golf course ws really nice and the proximity to the pool was fabulous! It had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. We would not hesitate to stay there again if we vacation in Naples.

"We come down every year to Naples for my birthday. I grew up there and especially with the cold Kansas weather we had this year, I needed some sunshine. We needed to get in earlier than the check in time as our flight was early and the property manager worked with us and made it happen. We stayed the last half of April, and I am sad to leave. This condo had the best location. It was only a short drive to 5th avenue and the Naples Pier, and had a view on a beautiful golf course that I enjoyed with my morning coffee every day. I will never stay anywhere else again. The furnishings and granite counter tops were very luxurious and well worth every penny. The staff was so nice, helpful, and very professional. We will be coming back!!!

Well-equipped condo on Pebble Beach Blvd

"Well-equipped condo on Pebble Beach Blvd. Clean and it looks just like the pictures. Convenient to shopping and golf. Condo has great view of 10th hole. Pool is very nice (heater wasn't working until the end of stay but the weather wasn't really swimming weather anyhow). Buy the beach pass - gorgeous beaches. Beach chairs and umbrella come with the unit.
