**Enjoy a contactless check-in with our self-service system. To prevent fraudulent transactions and to ensure the safety and security of all guests staying, After booking your reservation, we will ask you to provide an image of your photo ID and you will need to provide the names and ages of all guests who will be staying in the property and to sign an agreement electronically. After these simple steps are complete, we'll send you an electronic door code approximately 4 days before check-in. There's no need to visit our office to check in and obtain a key, nor will you have to meet up with a member of our team to be let into the property. WHAT'S INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL
Welcome Basket
Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.

"Everyday we woke up to a beautiful sunrise over the pond and golf course where we could see a par 3 hole beyond the water. It created a peaceful sanctuary. The accommodations are cute and very comfortable. Slept amazing and the kitchen was stocked well enough to eat in most nights. Would highly recommend this this clean and comfortable condo.

"We booked again for next year as we liked the unit very much. The kitchen lacked some things we needed: a dish strainer, more hangars (we bought more and left them for future guests); good scissors, a good wine opener, can opener and a larger fry pan. We like the community and the pool. The condo was furnished nicely and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The condo was very clean. Thank you for providing us with a nice place to stay away from home.

"This apartment had everything you could ask for…well maybe some wash cloths. The views were great with beautiful sunrises and fun to watch the golfers all day. The resident bunny’s were a plus. The welcome basket with all the basics plus we’re fantastic. It was very clean upon our arrival. The unit was very quiet. We never heard our neighbors epically above us. If you have ever rented on the first floor you know this could be a problem but not in this unit. I would definitely rent this unit again. We were there during spring break and Easter so some kids at the pool but after that it was quiet. No one ever in the gym. The grounds of the complex were well maintained. BBQ at the pool.a plus if you don’t want to eat out every night . I would rent again.
