WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL
Welcome Basket
Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.

"The code for the door was ready for us in our app before we arrived so as soon as we pulled up to the house we were able to start unloading. They had a lovely welcome basket for us and the house had been freshly updated. Plenty of room for our family of four plus our little Yorkie who loved lounging by the pool. The pool is screened in and lovely, just wish they had four lounge chairs instead of three but it would have been tight so maybe that's why. Having the table poolside was great so we ate there for every meal that we didn't eat out. Lovely city and surrounding area. We enjoyed walking to the beach one day and the beach is beautiful however we spent more time poolside relaxing. If we plan another vacation in Naples, we would most likely stay at the same house again.

"[Translated from Spanish] Beautiful house to stay in Naples Positive: The house is beautiful, it has the amenities you need to have a great time, the pool is very good. The kitchen is complete with all the utensils to cook whatever you want! Beach accessories so you can go without worrying about where to sit. The photos are just like the house, there are no surprises. We really thought our stay here was excellent! We will return without thinking about it next year. Negative: I liked everything! But to say something, I would have really liked there to be bikes so I could go to the beach more quickly and take walks!

"The home was nice and cleaned well. We only used the master bedroom, but the other bedrooms looked nice and cozy. Landscaping and pool area was plain. The pool itself was great and warmed quickly. Appreciated the clean garage. Neighborhood was nice, quiet, friendly people. Overall, it was a fine stay. Maybe we’ve been lucky in the past as we do vacation rentals often and they’ve been seamless; whereas this one had a little too many hiccups for our liking. P.S. Rose Ann was our reservation agent and also helped with the grill issue. She was very pleasant, quick to respond, eager to try to help. We appreciated her assistance.

"We enjoy every minute of our stay. The house is well constructed, comfortable beds and pillows, the pool has a lavish garden view, the kitchen is well equipped for the ones that like to cook. The location is excellent close to the beach and the stores. The check-in was an easy process with an electric code. Even tough our first day was a holyday we still have support from the office. The price is more than reasonable considering we are a family of 6 (that takes 3 hotel bedrooms)Happy Camper!

"This was an annual girls trip. We stayed close to the beach for the first time and thoroughly loved it. We were also thrilled the house had a pool, but next time we will pay the extra to have it heated as it was still chilly. The home was wonderful as it met our needs to accommodate 6 women. Very roomy and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the fact it had several bikes to ride and plenty of beach chairs and towels to take to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and the lani was nice to be able to get out of the sun and enjoy conversations with everyone. We loved our stay and would go back again as it worked out perfectly for us.

"The house was as described. A longer walk to the beach than expected. The house was not secure. No way to lock sliding glass doors. Also we weren't expecting pool attendant to service pool and came right in the pool area without notice. (we were sunbathing). Also the televisions were old. Cable did not have basic ESPN. Not usually an issue but during March Madness it would be nice to watch a game!

"We thoroughly enjoyed the property and regretted having to leave early for a medical emergency. The house was beautifully furnished with an ideal location for us within walking distance to the beach. The south face pool area was a dream with lots of sunshine with an optional covered area for shade. The kitchen was well appointed, and the house was spacious, comfortable and super clean. Something we don't always encounter when renting properties. We loved the tile and bamboo flooring too!! It was nice to know that if we needed anything or had any questions that NaplesFloridaVactionHomes was just a phone call away.

"We loved everything about this house. The location, the finishes, the kitchen contents, tile and bamboo flooring and spacious feel. We did not 'swim' in the pool, but thoroughly enjoyed the south facing pool area. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach. We also appreciate that it was pet friendly. "We have vacationed in Naples for the last 5years but always rented a condo. This is the first time we rented a house because we brought our family with us. I just have to say that this house with a covered attached pool was absolutely perfect. We were very pleased with the house, the pool and the proximity to the beach. (Vanderbilt Beach). Also, having Mercato shopping plaza and Whole Foods very close was another plus and having 5th Ave only 15-20 minutes away was great. We were close to restaurants and shopping. We were pleased with the furnishings of the home and we would absolutely rent it again in the future. with the size of the home and comfortable furnishings.

"This house had it all. The pool was nice and roomy for our family of 5. The location was quiet, safe, and close to the beach and shops. The house was very clean, and set up nicely. "On behalf of my entire family, I would like to sincerely thank Naples Florida Vacation Homes for the absolutely amazing stay my family and I had in the Neopolitan vacation home. The home is luxurious and spacious. The home is very well stocked and we were beyond comfortable in the king size bed in the master suite. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and it was great to have the covered patio table and the grill next to the pool to prepare meals while the children swam. The customer service was outstanding. The location is great and offers an easy walk to to beach, or to check out surrounding homes. I would recommend Naples Florida Vacation Homes to anyone looking for rental properties in the area, Thank you for the amazing stay!

"The Neapolitan house was amazing, very comfortable, clean and its location was just perfect. This was the perfect weekend getaway for my family, we enjoyed the house, the pool was perfect, the beach is less than 4 minutes. A very comfortable house if you're traveling with your pets, our Lola (American Bulldog) and Horacio (French Bulldog) had a blast. Finally the Naples Florida Vacation Homes Team is a class act, they were very professional, easy to communicate, they are running a great operation I strongly recommend them. Big shout out to Romina for being available on a Sunday morning and accommodate our last minute request for a late check out. I will return for sure to this property.

Great Short-Term Vacation with Extended Family

"This was our first trip to Naples and a house rental was ideal. We were traveling with two teens and my in-laws; having a house gave everyone room to be together and also have some privacy. It was not close enough to walk to the beach for our group, but certainly a short drive. We packed up the beach chairs in the garage when we went to the beach for fireworks, etc. The pool was a nice alternative to the beach. We appreciated the screened-in pool feature (no mosquitoes). The shaded table by the pool was used often. We also liked the generous-sized dining table for 6 inside for our meals. The layout and bed options were perfect for our group. Very nicely decorated home and well-stocked kitchen. We would have liked a full-size cookie sheet for baking some quick cookies. Nice to have soap for the washer and dishwasher provided. Plenty of hand-soap, but don't forget your own shampoo and bath soap. Lots of good dining options are in the area.

Wonderful Stay

"We had a wonderful stay here. The location was very centric, close to the shops and only a few minutes from the beach. The house itself was in excellent condition. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for the weekend. The property manager was also very quick to respond making the booking process an easy one. Although it was a bit far from Old Naples and the pier (20 min drive), our family enjoyed themselves in this quiet neighborhood and would stay here again during our next Naples vacation.

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Neapolitan rental. This was very comfortable for a family of 5, including the nice, enclosed pool. "Loved the location. The home is in a great location! As a 35 year previous Neapolitan, I thoroughly enjoyed being back home and being able to ride my bike to the beach again! The home was clean and up to date aseptically. Already looking forward to my next trip home!

Great Time & Clean

"We had a great time all the necessities were provided from the kitchen, to the pool, to the bathrooms, to the beach.... There was even an outdoor grill and a cooler to take to the beach. All the rooms were Clean. Everything that was promised was there. We will defiantly book again.

Long Weekend Getaway!

"It's about a mile from the beach, so this is a great location. We shared this house with some friends as we had a wedding to go to down in Naples. Girls went shopping and the guys went to the Tiki bars in the area.

Pleasantly surprised

"Went to Naples for our daughters wedding and didn't want to be cramped in the typical hotel room. Booking online from Virginia I was uneasy about renting a place sight unseen. We were so delighted to find the home neat, clean and well stocked. Our accommodations exceeded our expectations and made for a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend Naples Florida Vacation Homes, the staff was polite and easy to work with, it could not have been handled any better.

"The home was incredibly beautiful! Everything we needed to feel at home away from home was there.The swimming pool and patio area is awesome! Everyone loved it ! The location was amazing and absolutely gorgeous! There really are so many things you can enjoy doing right there without having to do a lot of traveling.Which is really nice if you are only going to be staying for a short time. The pristine beach and ocean, all the restaurants, stores and shops,museums, the list goes on and that's just in the immediate area! I would highly recommend staying there and the longer you can stay the better ! There's no way a person can truly experience all this place has to offer in just 5 days!

Fourth of July Weekend in Naples

"We had a great time in Naples. We were there for the 4th of July weekend and although it rained a lot, the house was so comfortable and we did not mind staying in. The location of the house was perfect for us. The property owner was very kind and help us immediately with questions we had about the house and the team at Naples Florida Vacation Homes was superb. We loved the house so much that when we go plan our next vacation in Naples we will try to rent it again.

Best Vacation in a Long Time

"I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened the door. The house was beautiful and very clean. The pool area was relaxing and had everything you could ask for. It was close to beaches and shopping. The garage was stocked with lawn chairs, sand toys, beach umbrellas. When you book through Florida Vacation Homes all you have to bring is your suitcase. I thoroughly enjoyed the 4 days I spent in Naples and will definitely do it again!

Great house

"Recently we had made reservation for the Pascoli beach condo, but unfortunately they had a water lead the day before our arrival, so they offered us to use the Neapolitan vacation home. At first we were hesitant, however, we have to say, we loved our time at the Neapolitan home. The house is even more beautiful than shown on the picture. Bed in master is very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We would go back anytime! We could walk to the beach. however, a little far from downtown. Other than downtown, house is very close to everything. There is an awesome "Whole food" grocery and a Blue Martini bar few blocks away. Restaurants in the ares are just ok. House is very clean. We recommend

"Great accommodations. Very nice beds, great and spacious pool, easy access to the beach. The outdoor grill did not work but beach chairs, umbrellas and beach games for the kids were available. Obviously been rented by quality content families, with high expectations. Simple things as paperbacks, kitchen spices, detergent, plastic cups, containers, zip lock bags etc were available from previous guests and made the initial days easy and doing the same a pleasure. I will definitely seek availability at this property again if going to Naples!
