"The Neapolitan Beach House was very comfortable and the open layout of the living space meant that the whole family had space and could be together as much or as little as it wished - vital with teenagers! The kitchen and utility were well equipped and very easy to use.

The pool was much used and had plenty of room for the family. The house is in Naples Park which is quite quiet but easy to reach and walkable to Vanderbilt Beach. Olde Naples is great to shop and eat out after an evening stroll along the beach and pier. Parking in central Naples was very easy.

It is well maintained and the customer service was excellent, I would recommend this property. Docs beach house at Bonita beach is a nice location for an evening drink or meal on the beach. Lake Trafford Marina Airboat tour was very good and we saw several Alligators and an alligator nest."

The staff was very knowledgeable about Naples golf courses. They made booking rounds of golf effortless on my part. Arrowhead Golf Course was great for beginners and was a great value. Ritz Carlton's Tiburon course lived up to it's reputation. My favorite by far was Bay Colony - what a setting! All courses were just a short drive from our vacation rental house.

We stayed at the Tuscan villa. It was a lovely place - thoughtfully designed and furnished with every possible convenience. Our experience with the management staff was very good: Kelly & Kristen were friendly and professional, knowledgeable and flexible. I will definitely contact you again the next time we come to Naples (& there will be many next times). The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, and best of all was conveniently located near everything we wanted to be near to.

I rented the Neapolitan Beach House in Aug. 2009 and the total price was deducted from my VisaCard. I got a little concerned because the rental in Feb/March 2010 was still "far away" but: Everything turned out fine: when we arrived the house was in immaculate condition, everything worked fine and the available space was as expected. We have been to Naples several times before and we were a little concerned about being "so far" from the downtown area...We were wrong!! The Neapolitan is a 10 minute drive to 5th Ave shopping and sunsets on the Pier. This home is perfect! Everything in this home is well kept, spacious and up to date! The pool is just incredible! We have 3 small children and they had plenty of room to run around and we had 4 adults and never felt crowded. All the neccessities are right down the street like Grocery, liqour store, Walgreens and tons of restaurants, including a movie theater. The beach is about mile down the road and there is convienient parking and drop off right there. We highly recommend this home!

We rented the Neapolitan Vacation Home last year also and like the improvements very much. The painted walls add a more comfortable atmosphere. Having the stripped towels for the pool area was wonderful. I so appreciated being able to contact you the night I made the reservation.

We loved our vacation. When we pulled up outside the unit, the neighborhood was beautiful. When we walked into the house, our tongues dropped out of our mouths. The interior was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms were clearly updated with the best granite, counters and appliances.

The person who cleaned our vacation home during our stay was extremely good-natured and pleasant. She deserves some recognition for excellent and outstanding customer service. We thank and salute her. We enjoyed the Naples area, the beach, and the availability of other amenities. We will most definitely consider Naples Florida Vacation Homes, and Naples in our future vacation plans.

This house is beautiful! The furnishings and updating that have been done are wonderful! We really enjoyed the pool, and the landscaping is just beautiful! We were very comfortable there, and the location is great. We really enjoyed our vacation! We would definitely recommend this unit, and will most likely stay there again!

Everything was wonderful! Your supplies, the items available at the home, how clean everything was, the convenience of the area where we stayed, the shopping facilities - we had Macys, Dullards, Old Navy, JC Penney's, Sears, Target, Wal-Mart, Publix, Walgreen and CVS! Everyone we had business with was wonderful and very helpful. We will be looking forward to another long weekend or week and as soon as my oldest son comes back from his trip, so we will keep in touch.

It was great to have the staff at Naples Florida Vacation Homes pre-arrange our golf outing. Not having to call and arrange our tee-times at the last-minute during peak season was a real bonus! We look forward to year #5 this winter!
