Do you have availability?We keep our online calendars very up to date and current. If our online calendars indicate it is available, you can be sure it is ready and waiting for your stay! There are many ways to check on the availability of our properties. To check availability across all of our properties, please use the Search by Availability box located in the top right of most pages. To check on the availability of one property in particular, from that property’s info page click on the red “Is It Available?” in the top left corner of the page. Or, for friendly personal service, just pick up the phone and call us toll-free at 888-835-9133 (International Callers dial +1-847-835-9133). To reach someone on our staff after normal business hours, please press 1.
Can I check in early / out late?We strive to be as accommodating as possible at all times. However, due to the scheduling of our cleaning staff, and the frequency of last-minute reservations and guests checking in and out on the same day, we cannot guarantee an early check in or late check out without an additional half day reservation. However, we understand that conflicts often arise. For that reason, guests may contact the office within 24 hrs of their check-in/check-out time to place a request. If you're able to travel more easily on a Tuesday than a Saturday, that's just fine with us! However, there is an exception to every rule. Check the list below for details. If the property or dates you are interested in are not listed, there's no minimum and no restrictions!
* Contact office for flexibility- 888-835-9133. Is there a security deposit?No, we do not collect any security deposit. Rather, we function like a hotel keeping your payment information on file in the rare event we need to charge a tenant post-departure. How do I reserve a property?
What's with the extra fees?Many property owners will encompass extra fees in their rates or deduct things like utility consumption fees from your deposit. Not us. Rather than trying to trick our guests into thinking they're getting a great deal, our itemized quotes and online booking information lets you know you're getting a good deal! What is your tenant change-over fee?
Do I need a beach pass? (Beach pass explanation)No, you never NEED a beach pass. However there are may times you may want a beach pass. You may purchase the Collier County Beach Parking Pass for $75.00 which entitles you to park for free during your stay at any of the Naples Beaches. If you are interested in the Delnor-Wiggins State Park Pass, the cost is $35.00 for entrance to this park and can be used continually during the length of your stay. What are your check in/out days?One of the many wonderful things about working with Naples Florida Vacation Homes is that you can check in or out any day you'd like! If it's easier for you to get airfare on a Tuesday or Thursday, we're happy to accommodate you! Does the home have a pool?Look for the white description table on each property's page. Scroll down until you see the "Outdoor Amenities" section. How do I get the keys?Each property has a lockbox located on or near the front door where our guests can retrieve their keys. Each party will be sent a unique lockbox code seven days prior to their check-in date. What is your pet policy?We do not allow pets in any of our homes as a standard company policy. However, some property owners will make case-by-case exceptions for your furry friend. Please contact our office with the age, weight and breed of your pet and we will do our best to accommodate both the two-legged and four-legged members of your party. Contact Us

Some recommended trip insurance sites: Is there baby gear at the home?The greater majority of our homes do come with pack-and-plays for the little ones. However, if you are interested in additional gear - highchairs, walkers, strollers, ect - these can easily be rented during your stay. Please contact us and we'll be happy to arrange these for you. I would like to golf, where should I go?Naples is well known for having some of the country’s finest golf courses. Whether you are looking for a public or private course, whether you are a beginner or a golf pro, Naples has a wide variety of golf courses to suit your needs. As an added service to our guests, Naples Florida Vacation Homes is pleased to assist in arranging tee times at the courses listed on our site.
